“The Sleep & ADHD Mastermind”
Live Free Event @ The ADHD Solution, March 2019
At the next ADHD Solution, we focus on Sleep and how to get it.
Someone who doesn’t get sleep under-performs like someone with ADHD.
So imagine (or maybe you don’t need to!) what it’s like for a child or adult with ADHD and poor sleep combined…
Poor sleep with ADHD is so common that some researchers are exploring the possibility that ADHD could be classified as a “Sleep Disorder.”
Either way, we all want to get more quality shut eye. The only question is how, especially when you have ADHD.
So if you’re fed up of being told to get 8 hours sleep, and the usual cliches, then why not get yourself to The ADHD Solution, and walk out with a PhD in “sleepology” (not an actual PhD, of course, but it will feel like it!)
After all, you will be learning cutting edge Science-based research and strategies, many of which you’ve never heard of before.
And if you apply even a fraction of what I’m going to share with you at this unique event, much of it things you’ve never heard of before, you’re in for better sleep, guaranteed!
What’s more, this event is Free.
To attend you will need to book your seat, as this is a limited capacity event for a small group who want to become “ADHD Sleepologists”!
Saturday 30th March 1430-1630, Clifton village, in Bristol. Book here at Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/the-adhd-solution-7-steps-to-mastery-tickets-58395408238

Biography Jamie was diagnosed in 2004 (age 24) with ADHD, but discontinued medication due to side effects and poor response. That led him to wonder “In addition to medication, what else can we do to manage and master ADHD?” By 2011, through applying a holistic-integrated approach to ADHD and training as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, he finally came out of his depression, began to manage his symptoms of ADHD, and was able to rebuild his life again after a decade of being out of work. He went from “ADHD Hell” to “ADHD Heaven” (well, almost, as he likes to joke) and began to help others do the same. Now it’s your turn. Jamie offers coaching and hypnotherapy for ADHD in Bristol as well as worldwide via Skype.
